Supported platforms
JSM LaunchPad runs on a specific set of Atlassian Cloud infrastructure. This page covers what is required and what is not supported.
Requirements

| Jira Service Management Cloud | Required. JSM LaunchPad is a cloud-only product. |
| Assets | Must be enabled on your site. Assets is included in Jira Service Management Standard (5,000 object limit), Premium, and Enterprise plans. |
| Admin access | Organization admin, Site admin, or Jira admin role required for installation. |
| Browser | Any browser supported by Atlassian Cloud (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). |
Platform details
Atlassian Forge is the runtime environment for JSM LaunchPad. JSM LaunchPad does not send data outside the Atlassian platform, and there are no external servers or dependencies to manage. You do not need to configure or interact with Forge directly.
Assets must be visible in your Jira navigation. If it is not, either your plan does not include it or it has not been activated yet. Check your Jira Service Management plan tier before installing.
